Blackout Film Review
Shot in black and white, the film has a style lifted from others in the horror genre but the camera is always flowing and never static, helping to elevate the simple story in some ways. There is also no dialogue but features a soundtrack with drips with menace and grit. The guerrilla style filmmaking mixed with the effects and soundtrack are good.
